Mr. Wallace has been President of Moscow Finance Group where he provided commercial
and residential space for the US Government AID program in Russia and Amadeus,
the European Airline, hotel and car rental booking System. He was the exclusive
distributor of "Rooms-To-Go" furniture and Givenchy watches in Russia, sold
Television programs in partnership with Sir David Frost to Russian Television
and lectured at the US Embassy Commercial Department to new American companies
entering the Russian Market. Mr. Wallace was a member of the "Capital Markets
Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Moscow, provided consulting
services to the directors of firms such as Amoco , Boeing, Coca-Cola, Ernst
&Young, BBC, CBS, Bosch-Siemens, etc. He speaks Russian, Spanish, German and
English.
Benjamin Schiff, Chief Financial Officer
Ben is a Certified Public Accountant as well as an attorney licensed in New
Jersey and Florida and a Certified Financial Planner. His experience spans
thirty (30) years and includes experience as an executive level manager in
a Fortune 500 company. He has extensive financial experience achieved through
progressive management and hands on experience in accounting, finance, domestic
and international operations, tax, and law. His industry experience includes
Internet e-commerce, housing, retail land sales, timeshare, mortgage banking,
utility, resort and property management. Specific experience in organizing
both Internet and brick and mortar start-ups, foreign branch office operations,
and acquisition planning and negotiation.
Eduardo Borges, Executive Vice President

in Latin America. Eduardo adds to its partners extensive experience in strategic

Having working for two of the biggest media companies in Brazil,TV Globo and
Bandeirantes, he was responsible for negotiating events contracts, logistics,
ppv channel and the financial area for events such as Soccer World Cup, Olympic

responsible for launching one of the largest sports cable channels in Brazil,
BANDSPORTS, and later running the channels content and business development

As Director of Marketing and Business Development at Traffic, Eduardo brought
his team to be recognized with the Marketing Best award in Brazil for its
extensive involvement with soccer's event, Copa America. He leaveraged the
commercial department for an all time high in increased sales. At Traffic
he also brought other events to Traffics sports events portfoplio as the Trump
open, the biggest golf tournament in Brazil.
In addition to his professional background, Eduardo is a former professional
athlete himself. He was a squash professional who won a silver medal at the
Pan-American games in Winnipeg.

Rob is considered one of the top fight and conditioning trainers in the boxing

Carlon M. Colker, M.D.
Carlon M. Colker, M. D., FACN is the Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director

Olivier Muller -Swiss & French Nationality
Olivier resides in Switzerland.
Olivier has degrees in Law and Economics. His martial arts experience is extensive
owning a Black Belt in Kickboxing and was the European Kickboxing Champion
in Full Contact in 1984. Olivier was also the Swiss Middleweight Boxing Champion
in 1984.
Jean Marc Lopez
Jean Marc Lopez currently has over 30 years experience in martial arts. Beginning with 4 years of
Judo at an early age and continuing with Karate Shotokan for the last 26 years. He is training
with Mr. Jean-Pierre Lavorato for over 26 years who is a black belt, 8th DAN and former European
Champion. Jean Marc Lopez also trained with the late master Taiji Kase a black belt, 9th DAN for
25 years. Jean Marc is the International Karate-do Academy instructor for the U.S and Americas.
Jean Marc Lopez has also attained a high level of academic achievement in the reception of the equivalent
of a PhD from University of Nice, France for Business Administration, and an other PhD for research in
Information and Communication Sciences.
He has over 16 years of investment banking with a track record of success in many venture capital business.
Jean Marc Lopez is involved in movie stars and sport celebrities management. He is also the managing member of
the 'AVC Art &Entertainment Fund, LP', a $100 million fund dedicated to invest in independent films.
Jean Marc Lopez is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Italian. He began his career in Europe financing technology
projects for the European Union. And then investing in real estate and venture capital. Mr. Lopez is the founder and
managing partner of A-Venture Capital LLC in Palm Beach, Florida.
Pedro Valente
Pedro Valente is among a select group of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu black belts under Gracie Jiu-Jitsu's creator, Grandmaster Helio Gracie. Pedro is the founder and owner of Valente Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, one of the largest Martial Arts academies in Florida. Pedro has taught Jiu-Jitsu to several law enforcement officers from agencies such as the FBI, U.S. Customs, U.S. Secret Service, U.S. Southern Command, Miami Dade Special Response Teams, Miami Police Department, and many others.
At the age of 18, Pedro decided to move to the United States in order to attend the University of Miami School of Business Administration. Pedro continued his training by constantly traveling to the Gracie Academy in Rio de Janeiro. In 1994, Pedro received his Instructor Certification from the Gracie Academy in Torrance, California and started teaching classes in Miami. In 1995, with the help of Rorion and Royce Gracie, he founded a Jiu-Jitsu club at the University of Miami where he was able to teach several students and faculty members. In 1999, Pedro successfully completed the Jiu-Jitsu Professor's course and received his diploma and title of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Professor. This was a great accomplishment and honor in light of the fact that in 75 years only 25 people, including members of the Gracie family received this diploma from grandmaster Hélio Gracie. In addition to his Jiu-Jitsu skills, Pedro holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami.
