Title Company of Florida, LLC ("TCOF") is an attorney owned and operated title company and collection receiver located in North Bay Village, Florida.

Over the past twenty years, the owners of TCOF, Ben Solomon and Michael A. Furshman, have closed over a billion dollars worth of transactions for developers and other buyers and sellers of real estate. The partners have also represented homeowners and condominium associations for years on matters including collections, foreclosures, evictions, receivership, and general legal representation.
