Principal Officers
Larry
K. Switzer, Chairman of the Board
is an experienced Chief Executive Officer, Chief
Financial Officer, and Corporate Director of major multinational corporations,
including such stints as CEO and member of the board of directors of London
based Danka, PLC, leading a successful restructuring and turnaround of
world's second largest independent distributor of office equipment. Prior
to his tenure at Danka, PLC, Mr. Switzer was CFO and Senior Executive
Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of Fruit of the
Loom Inc. Mr. Switzer also served as CFO and Senior Vice President of
S. C. Johnson Son in Racine, Wisconsin. He was a member of the Executive
Committee and was Chairman and President of Johnson Wax Development Company.
Anthony
De Meo, President, CEO,
since the inception of Celebrity Cards International,
Inc.., has an impressive background that includes the founding
of De Meo, Young, McGrath a professional services company (DYM) in 1981,
with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton Florida. The firm's managing
partner, Mr. De Meo heads up the consulting, SEC, Mergers and Acquisitions
and Financial Planning practice areas. CPA, ABV, PFS, is a licensed certified
public accountant, business valuation expert and financial planner. Prior
to founding DYM, Mr. De Meo was Chief Financial Officer for Southern Federal,
a 13-branch financial institution in Pompano Beach Florida. He currently
serves on the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters, is President
of the Griffith Family Foundation and a Board member of DYM Financial
Group (parent of Personal Portfolio Management, a registered RIA which
operates a branch office of Raymond James Securities), He is also a Board
member and Vice President of the Humane Society of Broward County and
sits on Boards of various other commercial and charitable organizations.
Mr. De Meo was appointed by former Governor Chiles to the Florida Community
Health Purchasing Alliance and served as its Chairman. His experience
includes a term on the Florida Bar Grievance Committee.
Mr. De Meo serves as the Chairman
of the Board and CEO of Magic Cards International, Inc.
David
E. Dearman, Vice President, Director of Stored Value Operations,
co-founded the Magic Cash Card
program, signed Earvin "Magic" Johnson, developed the company's national
television direct response advertising model, and was instrumental in
the conceptual development of its business model. His involvement in the
stored value card industry dates back to its infancy. Like co-founder
Reed Wallace, Mr. Dearman has pioneered the use, distribution and functionality
of stored value cards. Mr. Dearman's entrepreneurial acumen
has been profiled and lauded in several publications. Mr. Dearman
gained his reputation in commercial real estate, developing, owning and
operating shopping centers, multiplex movie theaters and retail stores
throughout the South. Mr. Dearman has been recognized with numerous
local and statewide honors for his commitment to community affairs and
various humanitarian efforts and was named Man of the Year and Businessman
of the Year.

Vice President, Director of Operations and Co-Founder of Magic Cards International,
Inc.
Robert
F. Heise, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer,
has served as Vice President
and Chief Information Officer for EMC Corporation, Fruit of the Loom,
and Richfood. Additionally, Mr. Heise has held executive positions including
Vice President of Management Information Systems at Sprague Technologies
and Black & Decker. In 1997 Mr. Heise received the prestigious Compurterworld
/ Smithsonian Award as Finalist in the B-B E-Commerce environment. In
1999 Mr. Heise received the Information Week Global 500 Group Top Innovators
Award. Mr. Heise currently serves on the Advisory board of Relevant Technologies
and the Information Exchange.
Kenneth
S. Pollock, Secretary, Treasurer, Chief Legal Officer,
also serves as the company's Compliance
Officer. He is a founding partner in the law firm Newman, Pollock & Klein,
LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions,
financings, and e-commerce business ventures. From 1990 to 1992,
Mr. Pollock served as an audit associate with the New York City office
of Coopers & Lybrand.
Roberta
N. Young, Chief Financial Officer,
has more than 30 years of accounting experience
in auditing, tax, financial and estate planning, and business consulting. As
Vice President of De Meo, Young, McGrath (DYM), Mrs. Young's responsibilities
have included SEC, banking, municipal and non-profit audits and
heading up the firm's marketing and technology and infrastructure
committees. Previously, Mrs. Young was Director of Taxation
and also served as Director of Financial Reporting overseeing a
staff of 20, at Texas Utilities, a multi-billion dollar utility
company. She is a member of the National Association of Women
Business Owners, a member of Broward Women's Alliance and serves
on the Small Business Council of the Fort Lauderdale Chamber of
Commerce. She is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant
in Florida and Texas, is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants (the "AICPA"), the Florida Institute
of Certified Public Accountants (the "FICPA"), and the American
Woman's Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
